Answer:

Payment is deducted when you click the complete purchase button after entering your payment details, and reviewing your order.  After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.  

In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
